FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Salisbury, Md., October 13, 2014—APPI Energy, an independent energy consulting firm, announced its sponsorship of the Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA). Comprised of a membership base of 240 manufacturing association executives, CMA provides resources for association CEOs to become more effective association leaders and to strengthen the manufacturing sector in the U.S. The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) founded CMA, which has access to NAM’s policy experts in tax, trade, energy, infrastructure, and human resources.
In its role as a CMA sponsor, APPI Energy will support the CMA’s mission to provide knowledge and resources that broaden the reach and impact of the manufacturing industry’s advocacy efforts. APPI Energy also will offer an energy procurement consulting program that associations can provide to members to generate non-dues revenue. NAM has endorsed APPI Energy’s consulting program since 2008.
